Maiki is exclusively available via maiki.com.au only, and at present cannot be purchased anywhere else.

Are returns free?

Please be aware that should you wish to return for an exchange or refund, the cost of shipping must be incurred by yourself. Maiki does however cover the shipping of your new pieces that you have requested for exchange.

Maiki Lingerie is designed in Melbourne, Australia and is produced overseas from the finest Japanese lace and silk

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

We always strive to ensure our pieces are of the highest quality and standard. However, if you believe your Maiki pieces are faulty or damaged, please contact us straight away at info@maiki.com.au so we can assess the matter

What size should I order?

Please view our size guide in order to select them most suitable sizing for yourself. Our measurements and sizes are true to size, so please select the size you would normally wear. If you would like more detailed sizing information, please do not hesitate to contact info@maiki.com.au

How do I care for my Maiki pieces?

Where possible, we recommend that you wash your Maiki pieces on a delicate cycle and place your pieces within a Lingerie Bag. Alternatively, hand wash your items where possible.
